Generate the Draft from a Document
The biggest mistake is starting with a blank slide. Instead, write your outline in Word, then open PowerPoint, click Copilot, and type:

Fix the Ugly Slides with Designer
AI-generated slides can sometimes look basic. Don't fix them manually. Click the Designer pane on the right.

Summarize for the Executives
Did a colleague send you a 50-slide deck to review 5 minutes before a meeting? Open Copilot sidebar and ask:

Go to Slide Show > Rehearse with Coach. Talk through your presentation.
At the end, AI gives you a report card: "You said 'um' 12 times," "You are reading from the slides too much," or "You are speaking too fast." It's the best way to prep for a big pitch alone.
