9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

LicenGold is powered by Shopify. All purchases are with LicenGold directly. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions. This clause does not modify any separate agreement between you and Shopify.

By submitting Feedback, you grant LicenGold a perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it. You confirm your Feedback is accurate, lawful, and not infringing. We may remove or moderate Feedback at our discretion.
